I need to change my address. Can I do this online?  
Yes, you can do this online. However, to ensure we are aware of the changes made, we recommend you also call us to confirm that we have implemented your new delivery address.

I need to make changes to my order.  
Please call our storefront to make any alterations to your order.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a 100 mile radius from our main storefront in West Palm Beach. This covers the area from Miami, up to around Vero Beach. If you fall outside of this range and would still like to shop with us, please give us a call at our store – we may be able to work something out.

How can I check my delivery status? 
To check on the delivery status of your item(s), please call our store with your inquiry at 561-208-5766.

Will I be contacted regarding my delivery?  
Yes. You will be contacted within 24 hours of your order by one of our representatives to schedule your delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, deliveries ordered online take 2-6 days, which includes non-business days. We do not deliver on Thanksgiving or Christmas. Same-day deliveries are generally executed within the store with items we have in stock.

Will you assemble my furniture?  
Yes, we will assemble any furniture you ordered and arrange them to your desire. However, this does not include mounting mirrors to walls or removing existing furniture.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. If you’d like to pick up your order, please call us so we can make the necessary preparations.

How can I change my delivery day or time? 
To change your delivery time, call our store and orchestrate your date and/or time change with one of our representatives.

What days do you deliver?
We deliver 7 days a week, during times ranging from 10am to 7pm, and 11am to 6pm on Sundays.
